    But most people don't hold the straps that way. This typifies the problem I have with so many guerilla efforts: they only work when you stage the photo to demonstrate its "brilliance". If it doesn't naturally work within an environment without requiring people to adjust behavior to make it work, then it's not good guerilla. At least, that's my take. FWIW.
