Sometimes, the best way to change peoples opinion is by disgusting and scarying them. For instance, in the case of drug abuse PSAs like this one against Meth by Veneables, Bell & Partners (I always have to wonder whether it's mandatory to have a name made of two names and "& Partners" if one's office lies just across the street of Goodby, Silverstein & Partners...)
